Frequently Asked Questions 

  • Check-in at our guesthouse in Hamelin is possible from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 12:00 PM so we can prepare it for the next guests.

  • Check-in is simple and contactless via an online process. Before your arrival, you will receive a link for online check-in. After completing your booking, you will receive a QR code that allows you easy access to your room.
    Check-out is also straightforward and contactless.

  • Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building, so you can work, stream, or stay in touch with family and friends at any time.

  • Our guesthouse is centrally located, and all essential shops for daily needs are within walking distance. Nearby, you will find a bakery, supermarket, drugstore, and dry cleaner.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer private parking. However, public parking is available along the nearby streets.

  • Yes, you can store your bicycle securely. Our enclosed inner courtyard provides a safe place to park and lock your bike.

  • No, pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Unfortunately, our rooms are not barrier-free. They are located on the first floor, and there is no elevator available.

  • The rooms do not have their own kitchen. However, there is a Greek snack bar in the building, and additional dining options are within walking distance. The historic old town of Hamelin, with many restaurants and cafés, is only about 10 minutes away.
